Anyone else think this will be the new Disney Animation's first flop? It just looks so goddamn boring and generic, and no one seems to care.
Sure Tangled didn't do great, but it made solid money, and Destroy-It Dave and Big Hero 6 made phat stacks.

It did well and probably even better in merchandise. Most of the budget went into actually building the tech they've gone on to use in all the films since.

If this is defined as "since John Lasseter took over" then Winnie the Pooh already flopped despite being good. Big Hero 6 wasn't a flop and I don't think Zootopia will do worse than Big Hero 6.
