If you don't mind that it completely ignores pre-existing source material (i.e. literally everything about batman from the moment of his inception) in order to have pointless subplots to move the show along through most of the season until the CLIMACTIC TELEVISION EVENT finales and premiers and etc, then yeah it's okay. Oh and it helps if you don't care about god awful writing.
