I think I've seen a reference to EVA, but I can't exactly remember in which episode.
Martin Prince gets a sex change after feeling trapped in a boy's body. After getting tormented in school, Lisa calls upon SJWs from all over social media to hold a rally in support. Meanwhile Homer is suspicious that Marge is having an affair with Carl but it turns out he was disappointed that he wasn't get keked by Carl.
Grandpa gets invited to go on a goodwill mission to Vietnam. While there they discover that he took a lover and that homer has a Vietnamese half brother.
Sideplot: Bart helps Skinner get through his PTSD from serving in Operation Desert Storm.

Marge keks Homer with Carl
Homer contracts HIV after going to the Faggot History Museum and eating their price exhibit, a partially eaten doughnut that had been cancer kid Ryan White's last meal. Bart, wanting to go to comicon to meet his hero Radioactive Man but unable to buy a bus ticket, learns that HIV infection gives you disability money so he spends the episode chasing Homer with a syringe to draw his blood and inject his hot poz load into his own veins.
Bart joins the gay scene and willingly contracts the HIV virus on Moe's pool table from Waylon Smithers. Bart tells Lisa that he needed "the fatal fuck" because taking a toxic poz load into his prime neg hole is the final taboo of society and Smither's lethal strain made him insane with lust. Lisa confronts Springfield's bigoted attitude towards the culture of bugchasing as Bart is quickly hospitalised and his health rapidly deteriorates as his immune system is destroyed by the virus. Lisa asks Kent Brockman to show a Smartline special report on Bart in hospital where the residents of Springfield start to feel empathy and sympathy for Bart and change their backwards ways after seeing the pain he is going through. They finally lobby to increase taxes state wide to help pay for extra treatment for bugchasers like Bart who expires live on TV with tears in his eyes telling Lisa he loves her. They all agree to be accepting of the new culture which quickly takes off among the kids of Springfield Elementary. The B-story is Homer has a taco eating competition with Comic Book Guy.

Bart and homer are excited because their favorite comedian, Louis CK, is coming to Springfield. Marge won't let Bart and homer go after lisa convinces Marge Louis is racist by showing Marge old Louis CK jokes where he said nigger and made fun of people that weren't straight white males. Homer decides to take Bart to the show anyway. Meanwhile an outraged Marge goes to complain on Twitter about the racist and homophobic Louis, but ends up being shown Louis' new jokes where he praises big black cocks and chastises little white dicks. Homer and Bart come home and say they don't like Louis anymore. The next day Marge takes Lisa to see Louis' show. The next day Milhouse sleeps over at the Simpson house. Meanwhile homer is at moes complaining about Louis CK and Moe and Lenny tell him about how wives always Kek their husbands with black men after seeing Louis CK shows. Homer rushes home to find Marge keking Homer with Carl, at the same time Milhouse see Lisa and Carl's nephew kiss. Homer is outraged but Lisa and Marge convince him that he's being racist and theirs nothing wrong with kekolding. Homer admits that he actually enjoyed it all along and from then on Carl becomes a main character in the simpsons.

Mr. Burns is becoming aware of his age and sets out to find the fountain of less-old, which according to local legend is somewhere in the abandoned underwater city of Springlantis. Homer, a sceptical Lisa and professor Robert McLangdon (played by actor Ewan McGregor) are tasked with helping him find the fountain. But a sinister conspiracy is afoot with Abe Simpson and Mayor Quimby potentially involved. Meanwhile Marge disapproves of Bart's new found love for trampling plants.
Lisa realises the family hasn't been aging for decades. Walking through Springfield the facade slowly fades from her eyes and smiles of her neighbours replaced by some eldrich terror. Some unknown horror feeding on their life blood.
