I'd hate to be your cinematographer. There's very little to visualize a scene off of, and you're giving far too little as far as the environment and atmosphere go.

Not the writer, but then it's up to the director to decide. If you're the cinematographer, then the director interprets the script to get the atmosphere he likes and its up to you to find the shots that convey that
