I've met a couple meth addicts who had good teeth. Being an addict means you need it to stay regular. It doesn't necessarily mean you get high off your ass each time to the point where you're tweaking and grinding your teeth.

Teeth grinding isn't the only thing that fucks up a persons teeth when they are on meth. Use to work for a program that hired a bunch of homeless people, most of which were meth addicts at some point and all of them had dentures.
