Find a flaw in True Detective Season 2. Any flaw.

The story was pretty lackluster and the dialogue was self indulgent to the point where some lines were unintentionally hilarious.
Blue balls..in my heart
>Official documents! Signatures all over them! Lucky they were just sitting on the desk!

The story's told with hacky lines

>the dialogue was self indulgent to the point where some lines were unintentionally hilarious.
>/tv/ has a problem with this
It had four main characters, two of which were pretty shit (the blonde and the gay)
Frank's death walk > entire season 1
Motherfucker, I loved Season 2, but I'll be the last to say that it's flawless. It had a shit ton of flaws. But god damn if I didn't love it anyway.
>you can never save Paul
>you can never save Ray
>you can never save Frank

Remove either McAdams or Kitsch, or have one of them introduced only later in the story after one of the other 4 dies, and focus more on Vince Vaughn and Colin Farrell. Every single Raymond Velcoro moment had heart and soul, and Vince Vaughn was affable enough. They could have put the pedal to the metal on cheesy, ham-fisted lines and it wouldn't have mattered if they just let Vaughn and Farrell carry more narrative weight, the two had chemistry.
Kitsch was interesting, had they done something with all of the Blackwater references it would have been neat. McAdams had her moments, but ultimately her abilitiesand bootywere wasted.I still don't hate season 2. I just think it was flawed. But I hate the final episode
It was a beautiful trainwreck.
Watching it crash and burn along with the rest of /tv/ was quite the experience.

Well straight off the bat, I'd start with this
>>62786865
They were locked in a drawer,

Vinceposting was like France before Friday the 13th. There was pussy and champagne for everybody, and the pussy was wet, but the explosion of cum from my pants soiled everything.
>>62787152
McAdams' ass in those skin tight jeans was indeed great
>>62787243
Casper knew this.

>tfw implication of glorious nekkid McAdams booty went nowhere
It's like you've never watched a true blue noir before. They all have try hard dialogue like that, gangsters thinking they are sophisticated and elegant when really they're just out of their element. And Season 2 was uber hardboiled noir to the maximum degree.
Not to say that it wasn't flawless. But I loved the ride, the entire twisted, tangled ride. It was beautifully horrific. Especially that final montage tying all the bad guys together.
We live in a pleb society
thats the flaw
the fucking dialogue
>Person A: "are you a true detective"
>Person B: "yes i am a true detective"
>Together: "we are both a true detective"
i mean wtf was this scene? Someone needs to be fired for this shit. unbelievable
too many protags
forgettable supporting characters
poor pacing
luck helped solve the case more than detective work

Anything having to do with the woman police officer. What was anyone in that party where she attacked that man doing wrong? God she was insuferable

It'll gain momentum when plebs realize it was allusion to Sodom & Gomorrah / the story of Abraham, much like how season 1 was the story of job.
Plebs just want everything spelled out for them along with being pandered to politically.
