How much do you think of the show was scripted? Certainly many parts were real, but there are just some things which are off. In some episodes you really get the felling like "this is to good to be true!".

Another point which could explain that it was real, is that there are also some boring episodes. But these are mostly if Kenny didn't enjoy the competition.

So what do you think? Real or at least some scripted episodes?

things were planned in advance by kenny of course, i believe spenny was largely kept in the dark about what kenny was going to do. spenny doesn't act much in the show, if at all, just watch single white spenny if you want proof of that.

Thats believable. Would also explain why the episodes, which Kenny wasn't interested in, turned out boring.

But in which episode did Kenneth reached his prime? The fart episode is one of the best, but the 10 mile run just takes the cake with his dead mother.

Honestly, having some thoughts about it, Who can sell more bibles may be Kennys best work. The others are great too, but in this episode he does not only trick Spenny, he further shows Spennys egoistic and vile self.

The show was more about pranking Spenny in the most evil ways possible rather than being an even competition.

Kenny also had the camera crew backing him up in many episodes so they undoubtedly gave him a lot of room to cook up some nasty shit for Spenny, humiliating him even more.
