Well I guess this and Death Note go for a tie. Maybe Lazy Gun takes the cake because pulling a trigger is faster than writing one's name.

OP here. That's quite overkill; by deadliest I mean a situation like this:

>A uses X to kill B
>B gets killed with 101% of probability
thus far the death note and lazy gun look like the only thing that can accomplish this no matter what
