Really? I liked the idea of Master Ip fighting a boxer in the second one, but it's ruined by the fact that in order for it to work, they need to restrict him from using his legs.

He returned after the original team decided to return, and after 5 years because he was upset that the market was over-satured with other "fake" ip man copycat movies. Singapore, Malaysia held polls where over 50,000 people voted that Donnie was the best Ip Man. Numerous TV film producers looked for him to film Ip Man 3, and he rejected and only returned when his original team looked for him because he wanted to give his fans the original feel and look. The salary is actually lower because he requested for the original team and he wants this to be the best Ip Man movie ever, requesting for higher budget of production and less salary. Donnie has said this will be his last kung fu film, and he returned only because of 1) The fans. 2) The original production team, Peagasus Motion Pictures.
