Why do they always retcon adaptions? Having her be a part of the police force could have worked but it looks like they turn it into a race to find the guy rather than an unveil. They're also taking on the football game tacking shot -- kek, terrible idea.

That scene is GOAT. I was hoping if they kept it they would do that scene and have it at a baseball game and the camera would pass over Pablo Sandoval the baseball player as a nod to Pablo Sandoval the character from the original film.
