If you didn't notice, Barry got a lot faster. Look at him catching those bullets in the second to last episode. Not as impressive as Zoom's, but faster than Mach 2. It's also stated he's faster than Jay who was apparently faster than light.
Flash is kind of inconsistent, considering he dodges lightning from a very short range before the S1 finale.
Zoom kicked his as pretty bad. He's the most dangerous villain in that world tho I haven't finished Constantine so they may have someone more powerful in that show.

Cisco is the only good thing about the show and I usually hate "I'm the nerdy one!" characters.
If you can just get over that a trope exists (imagine being a 1940s citizen and seeing yet another "hard-boiled detective" movie) then Cisco is interesting and funny.
