The sequel even had a commissar, but the third one was probably the closest to WH40K.

Nope, it's pretty much complete shit. The animation looks like it fell out of 1998 and supposedly the budget was huge.

The animation is pure shit, but the voice acting and story are pretty good. If you can sit through what is basically an hour long video game cutscene, then watch it.
