What was the point of this scene?
To establish that he was a big guy
It establishes character and reflects Shrek's contentedness in living alone.
they wanted to introduce us to that fact that Shrek wasn't just anybody, he was SOMEBODY
DINNAH
isn't that that guy that does;t like knee grows?

Contrarians on /tv/ will say Following is his best even though that one is middle of the road Nolan. Memento or Prestige are his best.
Four letters, means a person or thing that ruins or spoils

The Bourne movies are better than all of James Bond's, with maybe the exception of Goldeneye .. Prove me wrong, /tv/ - Protip:you can't
>>63468764
>he still thinks goldeneye is the best bond
post DROPPED tbqh
The Bourne Identity is as good as the best Bond movies.
Supremacy and Ultimatum were fucking trash.
I saw the first one and don't remember anything that happened outside of Clive Owen trying to shoot his sniper rifle and Matt Damon making something explode
Are the others worth watching?

Your thoughts /tv/
Mine first
I really liked the beginning and middle but the ending left me a bit disappointed. The fact that he looses by decision was probably the best ending for a number of reasons, but it didn't give me the "bang" ending I was expecting.
This is clearly the beginning of a new "Creed Saga". I just hope the next one brings that "bang" ending, and paves a path for a new string of classics as worthy as the predecessor.
Not a bad start. 8.5/10
>>63468558
This was a good movie
Holy shit was it fast though. Maybe it's just because I had come off a spree of documentaries, and indie films, but the pacing was really fast up until the training portionand the cancer
>>63468558
Bang urself
>>63468883
any indie films you'd recommend?
What did /tv/ think of Ant-Man? I recently heard about this through the VFA. I am surprised this was panned so hard, because it is brilliant. Marvel knows this isn't one of those big Iron Man money in the bag classics so what do they do for us film buffs? They give us a powerful modern retelling of Gulliver's Travels and Honey I Shrunk The Kid you know the real classics of that kind of movie.
Overhyped crap.

He's not obsessed with winning an oscar. It's only amongst brats such as your picklebrain selves that think that way. Anyone who understands movies and the film business knows that he has never gone out of his way to win an Oscar.
(1) He has no hired publicist unlike everyone else who campaigns for an Oscar.
(2) He does minimal publicity. Those after Oscars do the Night time television rout by appearing on talk show after talk show and giving interview after interview about how 'difficult' and hard earned there role was in order to drum up...
Comment too long. Click here to view the full text.
i hope he wins just so people will shut the fuck up with this unfunny meme shit
>omg can't believe leo hasn't won an oscar!! xD
he probably doesn't give a shit about the oscars like most actors
>>63468628
If he wins there will be just as much tumblr shit. We're damned either way
>>63468628
Then why is every single movie he takes oscar bait? He chooses roles like he chooses women. Goes for surface only.
Anybody else actually help create television & film?
I've recently started out working as a Grip/Lamp Op these days, and it's immediately obvious that I need a good multitool. The question is: which one?
Any advice here would be hot. I'm not a rich anon, but I'd prefer to buy something for life.
Just get a cheap one from cabelas or something. If you get an expensive one you will just lose it and be pissed off.
>>63468656
Ask around - most everyone on set has a story about a leatherman or gerber that 'walked away' one day. To be fair, that's life. Waves are nice and cheap, with an alright warranty. Real knifefags will probably take issue, though.
Leatherman. Wave or charge. Or if you want to go cheaper Leatherman wingman or sidekick
Victorinox swisstool is also good
Stay away from the made in China crapola cheaper multitools
Anyone excited for this?

idk, I've never read past the 3rd book i thought it was getting a bit silly and I hated the movie (mainly because I'm in the minority that hates Jim Carey). But told right any story could be ggreat. I'm not keen but I'll probably watch it.
This is trash.
