Just catched Groundhog Day here on TV in my country .. and I'm wondering.. is there any more movies with this 'repeating the same day' theme? Not as good as Groundhog Day for sure.. but gimme some suggestions. I love time travel movies .. and this theme is sort of time travel ..

Live Die Repeat
Reminder that if /tv/ existed when the star wars movies came out, it would shit on it the same way it does with 'cape shit' today. Star Wars was basically viewed as the capeshit of its time when it came out.
Thanks for that painfully obvious observation. What's next? Water is wet?
I don't understand Star Wars fans at all. I like Star Wars the most because of the videogames. I hated Episode 7. I really liked that comic where Luke and Mara Jade get married. I liked Jar Jar and the Ewoks. Episode 1 is my second favorite in the saga.

We would remember it fondly years later, after the movies of the future went full retard.
http://halloweenmovies.com/john-carpenter-returns-to-halloween/
>John Carpenter, the multiple award-winning and legendary filmmaker and creator of the original Halloween films, will return to the franchise as executive producer on a new production of the iconic horror movie, it was jointly announced today by MIRAMAX® and Trancas International Films — MIRAMAX® and Blumhouse Productions will co-finance development and production, with Malek Akkad serving as producer under his Trancas banner and Jason Blum producing for Blumhouse. MIRAMAX®, which...

Someone needs to post Based del Toro going HAM on twitter last night

thats great
even if its half as good as the original Halloween, it'll take a huge shit all over Rob Zombie's horrible movies.
Seriously though, fuck this shithead.
I wanted to see more flashbacks.
Also shouldn't the Raven have told him, "Don't go vision questing by yourself, you could get grabbed by the Night King and fuck everything up."
Seems kind of important.
all part of the plan bro

PLOT TWIST
Ned knew Joffers was gonna kill him. He was told by Three Eyed Bran to die, to set up the chain of events that lead to King Stark.
But Bran will also think
"Hmm, better kill the Children so that they don't make White Walkers", inadvertently creating the White Walkers.
IT ALL BEGINS WITH BRAN
IT ALL ENDS WITH BRAN

Do you think the critics will all praise it?
>>69968207
i'm torn on this. people have been saying the movie is good, and people have been saying it's painfully average. paris premiere is in an hours time so hopefully we might hear some things.
>>69969771
Yeah it is killing me to hear one Critic review.
We better not have to wait til after June 10 to hear something
I think it will get good reviews, but it will be very very difficult for it to be a mainstream box office success in the USA.
Just doesn't have the name recognition of most blockbuster adaptations.
Shame, because i'd like to see the two other warcraft movies that Duncan Jones has planned.
What makes a film 10/10 for you?
Quips
it needs to be edgy

My bad, i meant i would have liked for it to last longer.
I had some very good vibes a la "the thing" with all the doubting between the characters.

I was a big fan of the first one, went to the cinema the on the premiere and I almost fell asleep... that ending was disrespecful 4.5/10
I want to persuade a normie as fuck friend to watch Game of Thrones so I can have someone to talk about it. Do I start normally with S1 or do I catch his interest by showing him "Hardhome", "Blackwater", or "The Mountain and the Viper"?
>>69968171
>Do I start with the first season or should I just show him episodes in random order and let him guess what is going on.
>>69968233
Not random ones. Just one of them.
It's retarded I know, but I'm only counting on getting his attention.
>>69968171
Game of Thrones is normie as fuck now. Just start with season 1. There are enough boobs and craziness to bring them in to the shit that is the rest of the series.
>In a prolonged sequence, two men hide from hitmen inside the vagina of an elephant, but as they are about to leave a male elephant comes up and penetrates the female elephant, while the men are still inside her vagina. Inside both men struggle to keep away from the large erect trusting penis of the male. One man leans out and and tickles the male elephants testicles so he will achieve orgasm faster. Eventually, as the male elephant ejaculates, one of the men is covered with the elephants semen. As the men try to escape, a second elephant afterwards comes...

Seems like a very funny flick, if you're 14.
>sacha baron cohen film employs overblown shock humour
wow that's really unexpected and noteworthy, definitely worth making a thread about

Seems like an attempt to one up the rhino scene in Ace Ventura.
I'm not sure if it does.

Tick. Tock. Tick. Tock.
Do you hear that? That's the sound of Jessi's biological clock slowly ticking away. At the age of 33, she only has two short years before the risk of miscarriage, birth defects, and sterility rapidly rise.
For years Jessi kept her biological imperative stored deep down in the back of her mind.. but as all eventually women find, the sound will grow louder and louder - a horrifying cacophony of guilt and regret will fill her every thought - eventually deafening even the most unfit or unwilling of women.Tick. Tock....
