Why would anyone decide to do their degree abroad?

Most companies hiring are multi nationals m8, also having a degree abroad looks great on your resume for local companies, believe it or not companies in a certain country usually dont make 100% of their business within borders

not true at all,
I came from SE Asia, studied in Europe,
paid less than 1000€ a year for my master degree,
I had social security, health care and rental help.
After graduate I found a job in related field that pays well,
11 years after I'm still here and married that said girl, we're having a baby this summer.

Going to college abroad does make it easier to find a job in the country you study in, and for developing countries, a Western education holds more prestige, making you more employable at home.
