What do I do in Athens?
For whatever reason I chose to fly out of Athens for my trip but after some research it seems like the only thing worth doing here is Plaka.
I have 2.5 full days here any suggestions?
Visit the acropolis and the museum...that's about it lol

It's true. Athens might have been a big deal once, but there isn't much to do or see nowadays. If you like ancient history stuff there are tons of better places in Greece you can visit.

I might also add to have lunch in one of those cafeteria like restaurants where you pick up the food, i went to one in the city with a greek friend and it was great, red wine is nice there but they order it by the kilograms, half a kilo is enough for one person and it's light and sweet
It depends on what you want to do.. Surely there are not so many monuments to visit comparing to other cities, but still, you can have great fun there

Honestly this, first Olympic Stadium and the presidential place with the guards. I don't know how far the temple of posiedon is out of Athens but you can bus it easily enough.
