If you just want to have a quick fuck there are other places you could find in NL. There are proper brothels too outside of the RDL in Amsterdam.
But that said, if you're going to be here for 2 weeks, you might as well take a look in the rest of the country. It's smaller than most provinces in other countries and has pretty good public transport. The longest of train trips only take 3-4 hours tops.

I say take an ICE train to Berlin for a few nights in the middle of your trip. Nice countryside to check out on the way, plus Berlin is an interesting place. trains from amsterdam to berlin are expensive if you don't book well ahead. id suggest getting a low-budget flight to berlin from schiphol. yeah it's not very comfortable but it only takes an hour and a half to get there for a much lower price. this way you can even go somewhere even further if you don't mind the leg room on an easyjet plane. they fly to a lot of places from amsterdam nowadays. you could also try ryanair from eindhoven airport. plethora of places to go on the cheap.

As others have said, 2 weeks is way too long in Amsterdam alone. I never understood the red light district (in modern times)... Go there to gawk at the hookers, sure, but I seriously can't imagine paying any of them for anything. Overpriced touristy bait and switch scam shit, and most are pretty ugly IME (in that overused, too much make-up, kinda fat, super-long finger nails, and neon clothes sort of way). Also mostly slavs. You definitely won't have a nice time. Better to use tinder or as another anon said, try a smaller brothel elsewhere (they also exist in Germany).
The weed is overpriced usually, but the one good thing is just the amount of varieties available. Smaller Dutch cities also have coffeeshops, which I like better because they're (usually) more relaxed and cheaper (although usually much less variety). Just avoid anything where only Moroccan antisocials seem to be the only clients... If you see other white people, it's probably good.
For choice of weeds and hash, I like Barney's, Dampkring and the Dolphin. The first two are quite famous, and you'll pay but the quality is good. Most coffeeshops are fairly small and I don't like to spend too long in them. I'd avoid the Bulldog chains, it's always full of retards.
Hamburg is another possibility, and closer than Berlin if you're willing to travel around a bit.

Went there last time I was in Amsterdam, which for just 2 days. I had been a few times before and seen all the big name sites, didn't really want to pay 16€ for big museums again, so decided to check it out. Quite cool, get the audio guide, it's a couple hours well spent, especially if (and I assume that's most of the time) it's not that crowded.
I'd guess 90% of tourists gawk around in the RLD, maybe gawk at a cofeeshop (without even going in, srsly WTF), visit the art museum or the Van Gogh, the Anne Frank house and then leave. Do anything that's not those and you'll have a more relaxed time.

Amsterdam RLD *used to be* not bad. LIke, you go in, pay 50EUR, get a quick suck and fuck, if you come in the allotted ~12 min - great, not - not, go home (or pay more). Some girls had better attitude than others.
Now it's totally different. You get in, pay 50EUR. This part is the same. Then immediately she starts asking for more, for extra services. If you say she asks for more anyway. Even if you agreed to everything in advance (which you should, btw), she'll find a way to give less and ask money fore more.
