Memory foam ones suck. They're heavy, hard to pack in carry-ons, and just squish down on the sides, but not enough at the back of the neck, and they're too thick for lumbar support.
Get the self- inflatable ones. They do work. You adjust the pressure as your own individual necks needs. They give at the back of the neck just right, and yet keep your neck from flopping.
I like to bring a packable down vest or jacket, which makes my whole seat back more comfortable, and good if chilly too! Noise cancelling headphones are a must. I also travel with Crocs slides, because my feet swell now with pressured cabins now that I am old, especially if I drink a cocktail. They are also cleanable through TSA sock walks and gross floors in lavatories that are wet. 4 wheeled carryon saves the shoulders, neck, back and feet from long terminal activity.
I always have a hanging toiletry bag, which doesn't need counterspace, and quickly goes back and forth, if you are in a hotel room with someone else who hogs the bathroom a while.

I am too tall to use those. I physically cannot sleep on planes. It's horrible.

I have a 25 hour flight to SE Asia lolol
>manlet benefits
Just did a 15 hour flight. My ass and back were killing me. More specifically, my lower back area by my tailbone. Anyone have recommendations for a pillow or something I can use? Do I need more lumbar support? I can take really long trips in my car, no problem.
