I'm from Adelaide, going to Bali alone for 3 or 4 nights on the way to India. First time ever overseas. How hard/easy is it to meet new people? Do I basically just have to walk up to a bunch of people in a bar and yell "SHOTS!"?
Any tips on somewhere good to stay? I'll be in Denpasar.

Go to Casa Blanca in Sanur. Lots of friendly locals and tourists. Sanur is also safer compared to other places.
