so i have the opportunity to go for an exchange program to Vietnam - Saigon and after that to hanoi probably

or i can go to China - Shanghai

i would like to ask you folks, what are the differences and pluses and minuses- what about the living costs, nightlife, women, fashion.

i am there for exchange so i will be assigned to some kind of clothing factory after that - what are the differences in both countries if anyone knows - i mean like counterfeits and such. thanks for the answers guise :)

A good friend of mine fron uni was an expat in Shanghai. He fucking loved it, says the nightlife was amazing: cheap beer and smokes, loads of clubs etc.

Could just be because he was finishing highschool though.
