How much is for the decent room in mentioned area or around Oradea, Kluz-Napoka? I think I might stay there for 2-3 days, I dont need fancy hotels, only clean sheets and bathroom.

Went to Bucharest last summer. Saw people leaving their car doors open while going to the store. Old grandma's walking around on their own in dark alleys. When you tell people how Romanians have a bad rep, they laugh and say all the bad ones went to Western Europe.

€25 a night should net you a 3 star room in a fancy hotel. That's what I got in Alba Iulia - fairly close to Cluj-Napoca - last year for that price.
