Has anon been to Macedonia? I've been thinking about taking my wife and son to visit (she has distant family there), but not sure what to expect.

Tbh, only Lake Ohrid is worth visiting.

If you have family there it's alright, those people will show you everything and greet you in a very friendly way, that's how Balkanfags work. I'd say you go
