Anything from a real fragrance house for starters, not mass-produced chemical shit, or that sells itself by advertising "it's under $10".
Even CK or Polo are relatively affordable, if not exactly supremely distinguished.
But fragrance talk is probably more for /fa/, certainly not /trv/. Unless you want to talk about airport duty free buying, in which case I'd advice that it's usually not a great deal (depends what prices are in your home country/currency).
