I can't remember the exact name but there is an area called siloh/shilohor something like that in Bangkok that has essentially gay bars wit dudes like this. You can probably pick up without paying there

Patpong has a boy section. It's got what you want.
Most of the other places (Sukhimvit) have at least ladyboy bars but that might not be really what you want.
