It's different for everyone, to be honest. Some use their diapers, some just wear for the comfort. I have no problem using my diaper for its intended purpose fully, but I'm in no way interested in scat outside of the diaper. Watersports sounds fun but I don't really partake in it just because it'd be a hassle to clean up.
