i'm not the guy you're replying to, but I have been trying to find a sport/hobby aswell but I just can't find anything that I really enjoy. I started running like 3 months ago and it went okay I suppose, but I didn't really enjoy doing it. 30 or 60 minutes after the run I felt better though, but the actual act of running wasn't that nice to me

this is important. when i realized many people just enjoy it as an activity that is fun and good for your health it took pressure off and allowed me to switch more to looking at it that way too. like see it as a long term thing rather than go ham thinking you will be great then fail and quit
you will get stronger as time goes on or it will give you a reason to start beefing yourself up
have a look around at something local. i think you will be surprised and see people of all ages and capabilities. can also meet people to go with which is something i will have to get proactive about doing soon

I dont know how it works for guys,but yeah. Lotion and perfume and whatever you use in the shower usually affect how good you will smell throughout the day. Sometimes,you have to be careful that one thing you're using doesnt smell bad when it comes into contact with something else you're using. I very rarely use designer perfume(mostly because I cant afford it)but also because it reacts badly to anything else you use,more often than not. Even the detergent you use to wash your clothes. Simple body sprays are better,or perfumes made for layering,like you would get at Bath and Body Works or Victorias Secret. But for a guy,I dont really know. Most colognes and lotions made for guys tend to smell similar and not have all those other random notes that throw everything off.
