Can't say I'm surprised that no one brought this up before to the artist on FA. It's just part of the culture there that it is taboo to say anything that could be seen as slightly negatives even if it's constructive.

Well, more than just the shading (and darkness of the line). If the pyjamas really do just go over the diaper there, shouldn't these patterns continue onto the next part? The way they end suggests that they bend around and under the diaper.

That looks a lot better now. Only thing I could say is that you could mess around with the lines for the outline of the diaper to make them less pronounced. Use a lighter color, or maybe just make them part transparent so the patterns show through. It's really just supposed to represent a crease of something beneath it, not the edge of a visible diaper.
