It's not just possible, it's probable.

It's also been closely linked to social hierarchy, and (all else being equal, obviously) there are studies that suggest the more a species leans towards brutal power struggles of physical dominance, the smaller their genitals have to be.

I am surprised that they're still this much aversive to an established medium like video games though, in this day and age.
