Okay, chapter two, thinks are starting to fall apart here. That is, unless we're writing a smutfic here. Because this is just bouncing from sex scene to sex talk. If it's a smutfic, that's all fine and dandy.

This almost comes off to obvious, close to smug mocking. If you'd like to rein him in, It'd be good, because I get the feeling everyone would secretly hate Nick if he acted this way all the time. He's got his defenses down a FEW times in film, and even when he's smug, he's more coy than anything.
I can kinda see your issues is that you're a bit directionless. Having Nick and Jude confront their feelings for each other takes the tension out immediately. I thought that it was initially a strong point of your writing. Here we have a very assertive Nick with a very hesitant and resistant "jude" who will not Gay the Nick. But in chapter one that all falls apart. I see also some inklings of plot with another case, but I mean, you literally confronted your summary in chapter one.
This feels a lot more sexual than it does romantic, but like I said, there's no issue with that if that's what you're going for.
overall: I have no issuses with your prose aside from what I already mentioned. I can tell you're a seasoned writer. I think your issues lay in the plot, which seems to have dissolved, if not fallen apart completely. Or maybe I'm just biased, because I don't care much for shipping.
For chapter three: Definetely hammer on the date theme. People will like that. I think you should have saved the sex encounter for the end of the date or tease up to it DURING the date, but I think if you focus more on the fact that Jude is reluctant about it, it'll be a stronger plot.

Seems to do a 180 character wise, though we can kinda see how much he cares by preparing an extra set of clothes (chapter 1)
Reading the pastebin feels radically different from reading chp 1-2, and that's both a good and bad thing.
I honestly enjoy chapter three a lot more. It's more genuine, sincere and sweet. It'd be alright to keep chapter one, maybe take the sex scene out, put it in a heavy club themed Chapter two, and then go to pastebin chapter three. You get both the reward of lewd and the contrast between the bumping club scene and this very tender moment, which I think can have a lot of character play in it. Jude is very uncomfortable with gay culture, but he seems relatively okay with a very, very gay bar. If you're throwing him in there, have Nick act as his teasing guide, only for him to pull him from that hectic scene to chapter three's more tender, slow burning type of love.
You can cover two dynamics here while growing Jude and Nick's character, because your Nick does have a lot to learn about boundaries, personality. There's nothing wrong with having him as the alpha, none at all, because both characters are perfectly flawed in the best kinda ways.
Jude is obviously uncomfortable with the gay culture, and Nick would seemingly be uncomfortable with real tender, gentle kinda love.
I think throwing both your characters into these scenes and seeing how they do is hallmark good writing, which I know you can do.

Personally I dislike the idea of Calvin and Labjer ending up together (even for a one-night-stand) for plenty of other reasons than Labjer being ostensibly straight.
Calvin's obsession is incredibly unhealthy, and he needs to get over it -- Labjer's potential indulgence is dangerous, career-threatening, unprofessional, and arguably out of type.

I think that having Calvin and Tristan fuck at the present moment would be a bad idea, yes. But were Calvin or Tristan to contemplate changing their career trajectory in order for a romance to not be so dangerous, not only would the story and world survive intact, but the focus would change to a new and interesting version of the "will-he-won't-he" that we currently have.
As we've seen, Labjer definitely isn't straight; his dreams and outright ogling of the bunny make that clear. While Handlebars would be the safer choice, Calvin clearly has appeal for him. The struggle between what is safe and what is desired would be explorable even if Handlebars loses out, which would keep the saga alive much longer than the current dilemma.
