It's all overpriced garbage.
Comics right now he charges $75 per page with a minimum of 8 pages for him to take the comission.
On Standalone pictures the price is $40 per picture (inked, coloured) with single character, plus $25 per extra character you want on the picture.
Peru is one of the cheapest countries to live in which is where BBMBBF and the palcomix teams live in.
They went from expecting money from the anons of the internet, to needing said money, to _requiring_ money from the _anons_ of the _internet_ if they want to keep the whole affair alive.
You may need to re-read that last part there, to let it sink in just how bone-headed and luckless the situation they're in is.

I know that Palcomix consists of multiple artists who get assigned onto commissions and comics depending on who's available to work on it.
You can clearly tell because, I shit you not and some people will laugh at me for saying this, but there are times when Palcomix has put out a decently done pic of a particular character and then the following week another pic of that character comes out and it looks like a fucking train-wreck.
Whoever that guy is, namely the same guy drawing up this comic, needs to be axed from the team.
Because really, shit like this, is the reason people laugh or make frequent jokes that "Pal is shit."
That and their community of wannabe porn writers who create the most cringe-worthy dialogue witnessed by civilization.

The way i see the fundraiser comics is that yes the artists should get paid for their works but saying not to post it online is like giving your credit card details but pleading for people not to use it.
Honestly, if it has come to the time that majority of Palcomix money comes from fundraiser comics then BBMBBF might want to reconsider his business model. Make commissions a bit cheaper, get rid of the mandatory page limit for commissioned comics.

Bad art aside, their comics are really only as good as the people commissioning them. People that have English as their first language, a sense of how to lay out panels, and an ability to write a logical and in-character story (as far as porn goes) can still produce something decent.
The commissioner can't do much about hideous drawings, but writing can go a long way to make it redeemable.

Years ago, when bbmbbf asked for Digimon comic plot ideas for the first time in his Inkbunny journal, during a discussion about Patamon not being appropiated for a sex comic, it got mentioned how Patamon has appeared on 2 comics by the pal team already (Virus Problems and When Boys Ruled The World (this one being published on the pay side of Digihentai)), as well on a few standalone pictures. bbmbbf mentioned that those were comissions.
That in turn got to another question about then why they were on the paid side of Digihentai (except for Virus problems which was on the free side), if they were comissions. He said that they are free to distribute the comics commissioned as they wish, be on the free side or on the paid side. That means double profit, since he already got money from the comissioner and then he also gets money from the paid site subscriptions.
The funny thing is that he a few minutes later deleted that reply where he said they can distribute the comics as they see fit.

The main issue is that BBMBBF seems to subscribe to the same sort of bullshit that regular porn directors do.
Like, imagine a BBMBBF comic animated (if your stomach can bear it) and compare it to your average shitty porno. There's not much of a difference- stilted dialogue, weird closeups, and oft ridiculous situations. Oftentimes, the poon is masked by the idiocy and you end up looking at it purely for the comedy factor.
Oh, and fucking balloon tits. I don't mind tits (a good pair of Bs can make a world of difference) but balloon tits are the worst. Combined with their Web 2.0 methodology to shading (WE NEED MORE GRADIENTS) it makes the characters look horrifically plastic and fake.
