I got that error too, I didn't find the cause, or how to fix it, but since I had made backup copy of the Kiss folder, I just deleted the one that wasn't working and I pasted the backup in C:
Everyone of you should make copies of the game folder, they can work anywhere on your PC, and if something fucks up, you don't loose your game or data.
However, when you launch updates, it only update the Kiss folder that is on (C:) keep that in mind.
I advice you to reinstall the game if you don't have backup copies, and try to do the update one by one next time, it will be safer.

Go to the "rei patcher" folder and double clic on Patch x64 NTLEA.bat
It will open a command prompt and launch the game for you, push any button... it will open a second one, don't close this one or the game will shut down.

Hey, you may want to re-read the pastebin closely and carefully. Because what the message tell is that some files are missings, not that they were not installed but you probably moved them somewhere like you did for the game folder.

But, it's kind of a non-issue anyway since I'm sure all it does is preserve mod integrity at its highest and slightly compromise it for optimization on the lower settings, and the textures are already fairly low-res due to the game stretching it somewhat. it comes with the territory, i think. i think it's fine.
