Here's what you do. Go out to dinner with Red, and order ONE drink. Get something super light and sip at it. Once you start to feel buzzed, stop drinking. Just in the middle of a learning experience for one of my colleagues.

Well, that artist got snatched up by a bigger company who priced us out. It happens.
But now my partner is pissed that she has to settle for choice number two. We're already behind schedule and honestly the guy were bringing on is plenty talented, she just liked the other person better. Unless she's going to find funding and rewrite the schedule, she needs to get over not getting what she wants.
