Oh jesus m80. Learn how to structure a paragraph. I get you're trying to make it seem all rambly because your MC is an autist who doesn't know how to talk to people, but it's still no excuse for letting it run on this long. Typically when you tell a story from the perspective of a social outcast, try to keep their sperg levels to a moderate amount, impacting only about 1/3rd-3/5ths of the narration. You can have a character who is unable to interact in a normal fashion, but try to confine that a bit ok?

Most people understand how pokemon works, transitioning that knowledge to an Anthropomorphic setting doesn't require around 3 paragraphs. As for the social outcast thing, in your very first paragraph you mention he's an irregularity with a different coloring who lacks the ability to go through what is essentially puberty. If we were to draw real world parallels, he'd be a "freak" that would be ostracized the moment he set foot in a classroom. Children and especially teenagers are awful to people who are different, and it's abundantly clear he has several defects that would make life hell in a society like his.
I did actually READ a fair bit of your fanfic, for the record. I also happen to have worked as an English TA for around 2 years. Your spelling, grammar, punctuation and capitalization are rather good, but your sentence and more importantly paragraph structure are wonky, to say it gently, and your MC gives off a vibe of both light snowflake and moderate outcast. Although to be fair, those are not mutually exclusive in some fictitious writings. While it's petty of me to point out those last flaws, as clearly liking those is subjective I will say this: Fix your paragraph structure. Out of everything, this is the only advice I can give that is entirely impartial. The flow of your characters narrative is consistently jumbled and rambling, and while that makes for an excellent structure when used in conjunction with a scene where an MC is disoriented and such, it's a rather poor feel to the reader when slathered across multiple paragraphs.
