Found these threads because it was shilled on /mlp/ because GR15 wasn't enforced, same with furry. Lurked here to see if anything interesting showed up as /aco/ still didn't allow anthro cartoon stuff. Instead of a fat pony thread, a fat fur thread appeared and began lurking those. As soon as I was sure this wouldn't turn into another /fur/ incident I started participating.

For me, as an artist, it's not really cause I think my art looks bad, but because I can't think of anything that I want to draw. I try to draw things, but they're always just lame uninspired doodles that i've already drawn 500+ times before. The way I broke out of art blocks is I told myself to draw art for myself, not for anyone else's sake. Draw what you want to draw, does it make you feel happier? You like to draw cute fatty animals?
