Zip Lock Bags and the faces are in dime bags to prevent face damage. I have a very cheap but presentable file cabinet I got from Ikea beside my detolfs where I keep all my acessories.

Picked up some of these at walmart and they work tremendously.
I use one of these. Like 20 something bucks on amazon.
I like keeping boxes, so I keep em in there.

I use the same exact one. The only parts I can't fit in here are my Real Action Heroes Homura. Aside from that, I have every single spare part from my Figmas, Figuarts, and Nendoroids in there with a lot of room to spare. It's such a good investment. Plus, you don't have to hamhand the box every time you wanna swap or worry about plasticizers leaking in the box.
