I love mine, they adorn my bed when I'm not sleeping.

Here are mine, lobster bro. They aren't in great condition though. Especially the Peace one. I know he's more """rare"""" since he has the tag that says suface wash and not surface wash but I have no intentions of selling any of these. Not that I'd even get a single penny for them.
>>
I had a whole bunch of beanie babies and other plushies until recently. :c

Beanie babies were pretty great for low-end plushies.

I love yours

Mine are all at my parents (with the exception of Skorch, and Claude the Crab and a Beanie buddie crab). I need to sort through them sometime and decide who I want to keep, and who to donate, but aaaaaaaaagh its satisfying looking at a bunch, whenver they are actually all out.

I did not know this was a thing.

I still have the #1 beanie baby of them all

Inky, the pink octopus.

He's the best one, not up for debate
>>
Doesn't have to be beanie babies, any stuffies will do

The cat on the far right is cute.
>>
>>5760256
And the upper middle
>>
>>5760262
Oh I didn't notice that one. Adorable. Too bad it doesn't have the tag anymore. Do you remember the name of that one?
>>
>>5760272
I think it was a promotional beanie called "Cat". Afaik they only made one. Quite rare.

Mine fill me with a great sense of nostalgia, especially the ones from when I was really little. It was super cool for a company to make plushies of less common animals like jellyfish and scorpions.

For some reason I started losing interest around 2000 when they started getting more complex and detailed. I guess I just really liked the simplistic look and floppiness of the older ones.

The kid next door had like an entire complete set during the height of the beanie baby craze. She had a shelf going around the perimeter of her bedroom with hundreds of beanie babies. I was so jealous.
>>
>>5760852
I used to have that bat and that spider. Holy shit the nostalgia is flooding me right now.

I'm not a big fan of the spider, its anatomical inaccuracy triggers my autism. It looks more like a tick.

The cuddlekins tarantula is the vastly superior spider plushie, even if it's got mismatched markings.
>>
>>5760852
I still have my Batty.
>>
>>5759557
I only have a couple of beanie babies, but what I used to collect a ton of was Webkinz

I don't know anything about Webkinz but I saw some for sale at a drugstore once and bought the shark because it's fucking adorable.

The webkins logo on the tail kinda bugs me, but there's no way the fabric would withstand ripping it out.

I was wondering why I find this adorable, then I realized I'm the same weirdo who has like six plush isopods on their bed.

My Beanie Babies are still in the closet of my old room in my father's apartment. I should go rescue them at some point although I'm afraid that by this time, they incurably reek of cigarettes... I do have a bunch of the "Beanie Boo" owls, though. They sit at the foot of my bed with the rest of my plushies.

It's really satisfying to see a spider plushie with pedipalps. Does it have spinnerettes in the back?

I think that's because it's some kind of weaver spider.

I have a shitload of them, I'm not sure how many or which ones since I haven't looked at them in forever

I need to sort through them sometime

Yellow Garden Spider (Argiope aurantia)
This is a pic of one from my garden
>>

I meant the spooky red eyes and no pedipalps.
>>
I know Crunch the Shark survived the last purge and at least one of the error versions of Lizzie/Rainbow, but not sure on the others. Loved all the odder picks like those, Scorch, the bat, scorpion etc. and always dreamed of owning at least one original dino.
>>
I used to get my Beanie Babies from this one store at Chinatown that had a bunch. They used to be 3 for $15 but now they're being sold for $1-2 a piece. Most of the "cool" ones like the toads and pandas got sold, there's still some of the big ones, a bug or a non-regular bear here and there, and bears for anniversaries and other commemorations.

Any sort of "common" Beanie Baby I should keep an eye out for to liberate? I'm been in a generous mood lately.

I've always loved the non-mammalian ones, bugs snakes, crocs the like
>>
>>5770638
I've been trying to liberate all the lobsters I can find, might go check Chinatown if I can't find enough at thrift shops.
>>
>>5762705

I loved how they left that one with a bit less bean, or something, so it had a floppier, 'jellier' feel
>>
>>5774018
I always wanted to hang Goochy from the ceiling like I did with Batty, but I think he's too floppy for it.

I was doing some cleaning and found that I still have this guy too. Used to have a bunch of the cat ones when I was younger, but those were gradually lost or given away overtime. Who knows though, maybe I still have one or two hidden away somewhere.

Gonna post this here because it's relevant.
