Fellow Helsinkifag here. Nothing. The worst part is, we don't even tend to get the most basic shit, such as marvel legends here, and if we do they cost 50$ a piece. So you're better off importing.

Another Helsinkifag here. We actually DO get Marvel Legends (no DC figures ever, though), but they are indeed priced around 50 euros a pop.

If you venture out to Espoo or Vantaa, they have Toys'R'Us, but the selection doesn't have much in terms of the nicer, more collectable figures. Marvel Legends and Star Wars Black Series are about as "collectable" as you will get.
