Only once from hlj did I have any problems and it was because they lost a tomica car and a gundam marker, they informed me about it and said if they don't find them they'll refund me.

They're human, shit happens, they refund if they can't find it, no problem

I never liked importing items until i learned about the warehouse. i do have buyer's remorse, but at least i saved shipping which is most important
