It's not a bad price.
The KNex Titans were $30.
So for something that's almost 1:18 scale, it's actually a pretty good price... if it has enough articulation.
Something like this costs $110 and it's only 5", and it's not even licensed.

It'll have articulation.
As far as i can tell, it has ankles, wrists, elbow, inner and outer shoulder, and maybe knee joints.
The cockpit has a hinge on the prototype to open up, but they're still trying to figure out if it's doable for the production figures.
So at worst, it'll be able to do some basic poses with some subtle flair
For roughly $30, it's good enough for me to buy more than one.
