I'm excited as hell to see Darius getting some high quality merch, but I'm also disappointed it's a design from Burst and not a classic like Gaiden.

Also, I expect this thing to be fiddly as hell, seeing as all those scales are able to be shed as projectiles ingame.

is Darius a popular series? never heard of it before and its so strange to be doing a figure like this, any ideas why figma would pick up this series to do a figure for.
Personally I hope the new nier game gets one of those common grunt like robot enemies made a figure, if you've seen it I'm sure you'll agree the design is charming!

That Beat might've been it, though in all honesty I'd be more excited if it replicated the art style rather than the in-game style. So rather than be really hyped up for it, I'm just moderately excited.

So for now its MP Cheetor,and MP Beast wars in general. Transformers mainly goes back to vehicle/G1 stuff most of the time, so its nice to have something thats a callback to my childhood, done so nicely. It hits the same spot DC collectible's BTAS line does, but Takara makes better toys so thats a bonus.

Same in regards to the artwork vs in-game model, though rather than hype being reduced to moderate excitement it's more hype being reduced to little to no excitement since he won't look good next to my other figures
