Beware tho, that sites accepting cards via PayPal Express may not accept MasterCard pre-paid. This is a PayPal thing, possibly because the prepaid cards have no associated address. Not sure if this applies to Visa pre-paid as well.

He is a innocent in this , He was born addict to drugs(how she got flagged in the system) and then lost custody of him when she abandoned him at the rehab center after getting high on her first day of getting a day pass for doing well in the program.
