There's some feminine LBX characters. LBX is also generally cheap. If she likes Pokemon there are some simple kits. Other than that maybe model vehicles. And upcoming Figure-Rise Dragonball, plus those static busts for Gundam humans.

LBX isn't really that cheap anymore considering they're discontinued on most Japanese sites and on American sites they're pricehiked due to LBX having come out in the US now.
