I don't think it exists. I just went through a list of all the Astromech droids including Droid Factory and its not in there. R2-Q5 is the closest there is. Are you sure it's not just an inaccurate/poorly colored picture of R2Q5?

Most likely.

I was actually looking for an astromech that matched the Badawans' color scheme, but this one caught my eye.
(The Badawan droid apparently has a silver dome though... :p)
