Finally finished Giant-Man
My Avengers are a mix of classic, MCU, West Coast and EMH. Trying to track down a Ms. Marvel. Also want to add Black Widow, but i'm a fan of her comic design and most of the comic design toys are shit, so i'm waiting for a new one.

The new black panther is pretty bad ass. Black Ant is awesome if you like the character. The new Venom is pretty cool as is the Carnage from a few years ago. Bulldozer from the Ant Man wave is a lot of fun, and the Ultron drone from the 3 pack is pretty great too.
Oh and Ghost Rider and comic Star Lord are both pretty great.
What are the chances of Hasbro/Figuarts doing Civil War Hawkeye & Vision? They're the only ones without announced 6 inch figures from some line. Well, besides Widow but the TWS works fine for that.

Some people don't like Toybiz Iron Fist because of the literal ball shoulders and hips, and I can't blame them. If you can get passed them, the rest of the sculpt is fantastic. Hasbro Iron Fist is decent because of the butterfly shoulders and the amount of hands he comes with, but the Toybiz was able to pull off just as many variations with the jointed hands, and had up/down butterfly/pull-out joints in the shoulders as well. It's a case of pick your poison, but both are fairly good.
I would like the Hasbro Black Panther better than the new movie Black Panther if he didn't have that blue. I know that's how he was in the comics like Venom sometimes, but fuck, I just want a classic BLACK Black Panther.

I don't think that it's even a different shade of red, I think that a lot of these collectors are upset because Hasbro is giving a different market something to make up for the fact that they've been getting fucked for years. It's like when the Transfags saw that Hasbro was doing an Asia exclusive wave of repaints and had such a shit fit that Hasbro went ahead and made them TRU exclusives. Funny thing was even with all of their bitching the Asia exclusives shelf warmed like crazy at my local TRU.

I admit, the articulation on that thing is fucking awesome. I have some gripes with that particular figure though. First of all, I prefer changeable hands too finger articulation. I also think the toybiz spider-man looks too muscular in arms. I also hate the eyes on that one. I'm not a fan of the gray, raised webbing either. I prefer painted weblines.
So all in all, my points are pretty objective, and I get why someone might prefer toybiz one over the new one.
But this has gotta be at least one of the greatest at least.
Also the 12" iron man looks pretty damn good in pictures as well.

The legs are pinned in slightly upwards, so in order to achieve forward movement, you have to finagle the joints. And with the way the hips are molded, they don't get a lot of movement. I can't imagine paint surviving in that area for too long. The pizza Spider-Man body mold has a lot more room for the hips to move around, much greater range forward, and won't be a bitch to pose.

I have the Cap/Iron Man/Spider-Man ML box preordered but I still wanted a non-damaged shield without having to buy another figure just for it; I found a Metal Earth model of the shield and it's almost perfectly in scale.
Obviously there are seams that can't be covered up but after modding the straps with small breadboard jumper wires it looks pretty unique and works great.

Didn't stop them with Agent Venom, Namor or Frank. It's just weird that they'd bother tooling new pieces for a character who made a handful of appearances, especially when there seem to be no plans to get a traditional Hank release and O'Grady would have been obscure enough to justify an exclusive anyway.

but, this wave has to be one of the most impressive. The one drawback to Black Panther is that he doesn't have butterfly joints in the shoulders. Other than that, the sculpt and paint are wonderful. He also has clicking joints in his arms, so the're not loose.
The leg articulation doesn't give too much to dream about, but still solid.
Also, his body armor has very fine metal texture.
