This is a slow board - but i think i figure out something due to the 2oth century word on his suit. Seems that he is from a line called 20th century brass button bears. This bear looks like it.

Any chance anyone can determine a value on it?

Also, apparently it's called a "Pickford Brass Button DEX 2000 20th Century Collectible Teddy Bear"
