I haven't seen a single instance of this figure lifting her arms up. Not in promo pics or any time it's been displayed in public. BudgetStark posted a video saying it could possibly have no shoulder articulation at all, at most an elbow bend.

You can't be an adult that likes both? They really are two different things, though. Something like this, which is a statue (and there's nothing wrong with that), and something with articulation which would be an action figure (which there also is nothing wrong with, and can be posed to the owner's liking).

Some people might. I heard Wonder Woman was actually a plus in BVS, but I don't personally care about her. I'm just currently obsessed with Hot Toys and thought that her face looked funny. That she can't move her arms is the cherry on top.
