Did anyone even ask for this? The Gen. Sandstorm Springer remold is excellent already.
>>5662575
No. This thing looks awful.

Based Ed. That's why I shop TD. Though I won't be touching that mess of a sunstreaker. Its Kronos all over again.
Funny how third parties' creative direction has exploded into so many far off places

Announced/Rumored release WHEN
>>5662628
He can have my wallet. Whats left of it anyway, after Feral Rex just buttblasted it full force with no lube.
MMC and Iron Factory has pretty much cemented themselves as the guys to beat far as I'm concerned when it comes to anything 3P.
>>5662628
August/September, might be earlier but don't count on it.
>>5662631
I would add Fans Toys aswell
>>5662636
Consider me butthurt.
>>5662616
Very lewd body, but the huge head makes me feel weird about thinking of it that way.
>>5662642
It'll give you enough time to save up. I'm already starting a savings pool for him and Tarn.
>>5662642
this is the ship/plane guy, right?
>>5662665
>Who is Tarn? Google gives me nothing.
It hasn't been revealed yet to anyone, no matter what that idiot last thread said.
>>5662621
please respond
>>5662597
I don't know if it was made clear in the last thread, but what size is this? MP scale, Legends scale or something else?
>>5662682
Generation Toy Jazz. There isn't really more info they've just shown off some prototypes. Their figures are sold at all the usual places for 3rd party TFs, they're in the middle of finishing up a set of Constructicons w/ a Megatron that Devastator can hold as a gun, and then it seems like Jazz will probably be next after that.
>>5662686
It has MP-ish hands, so it's definitely not Legends and I would assume it's roughly sized to go with the MP cars.
>>5662665
MMC's doing a Broadside too? Fuuuuuuck.
>>5662675
Tarn is the spehshul snowflake double-Nazi Megatron panty sniffer from IDW. Leads the baddest McMeaninest evilbad edgemaster squad ever assembled that is foreverial better than all the other big bads. He ran a literal Aushwitz (I can't spell that shit right), and is currently having a psychotic meltdown that his buttloving idol Megatron has changed his ways, and recently shot him for it.
tl;dr Extremely overly built up comic book villain that needs to fuck off and die already because his only schtick is that he is an edgelord of the highest calibur.
Choose your side /toy/
>>5662701
Neither. Don't care about either of them. Give me dat Overlord, Tarn, and Broadside instead.
>>5662699
I remember you from the /co/ thread. Tone down you analrage edge dude.
>>5662706
I don't go to /co/ Anon.
>>5662701
Titanika. A lot of green and brown offload vehicles with guns, less 6-wheeled purple goddesses of firepower.
>>5662575
>The Gen. Sandstorm Springer remold is excellent already.
Doesn't really look a thing like Sandstorm though.
>>5662718
Orange pansy triple changer?
>>5662715
>Someone was posting your little spiel nearly word for word then sometime back.
It actually makes me happy other people think the same way then. At least the current story arc might end with his death and then we might get some new villains for a while.
>>5662701
Like others I'm waiting on Overlord and Tarn. But depending on my finances, I may get Strika, since I've always liked the Vehicon designs and it's nice to see Beast Machines get some 3P love for a change.
>>5662723
>Doesn't look Geewun enough
It looks like they took the original toy and enhanced it. Just because it doens't look like Sunbow's shitty simplified animation model is no reason to be mad about it. Seriously, why even copy the Sunbow shit? They were the worst animation production house of the 80s. I'm surprised anything that copies it didn't mimic animation errors.
>>5662734
>It looks like they took the original toy and enhanced it.
Sandstorm turned into a dune buggy and a helicopter, not an armored car and a VTOL aircraft.
Take your cartoon hate somewhere else nigga.
>>5662734
Look again at those headlight titties, that's a modern ass car Yvonne.
>>5662747
He was talking about the Jazz.
>>5662723
>He's not wrong, though.
I didn't say he was, just was cringy.
>>5662726
I know everyone wants him dead but really I don't think he'll die. It'd be too easy, he's such an over the top asshole I can see him getting spared for use down the road. Or he might just get curbstomped by Overlord and that'll be it, who knows at this point.
>>5662723
I didn't mean to say that it fits in stylistically, just that it looks like it's probably sized the same as them.
>>5662734
He wasn't even complaining, he was just talking about how it doesn't look like it's in the same style as the MP cars because someone theorized that it's the same size as them. And it definiely doesn't look like it's in the same style because MPs have gotten super G1 and this is a little more/differently detailed than that with different aesthetics to the sculpting.
>>5662699
I think they were referring to Fansproject's Assaulter. I don't recall MMC ever announcing that they were doing a Broadside, and FP's came out like, 3-4 years ago maybe?
>Carnifex
So, uh... am I the only that wants MakeToys new not-Scorponok, Pandinus?
>>5662701
That's a hard one. I have no real attachment to either character but the mold does seem to fit Roadbuster better, tough the hand guards seem out of place on him. I really like Strika's head and 6-wheeled altmode, so I think I'm leaning that way.
>>5662873
>400 burgers
I dunno anon. You could buy 3-4 really top of the line TF's with that dosh and I think the value would stretch further.
I would never use the city mode and the scorpion mode is just robot mode flopped down. It feels like you're paying for size rather than intricacy desu.
>>5662852
I recognize that fujoshi ass. Based Yokkora
>>5662686
Probably the size of an MP car which sizes up with their other IDW stunticons coming out. It has a lot of the MP gimmicks like the spring pegs and the hands. It's definitely not styled for the likes of Takara's MPs but that never stops retards arguing about where they put their expensive toys.
>>5662701
I like how the bottom calf is rotated around for Roadbuster so the wheels aren't showing, where as Strika has two wheels to make 6 total on the vehicle and it is flipped to be forward showing. Clever way to break it up, but you can have it either way on either mold thanks to how the foot piece and the heel piece can double for a foot piece or a heel piece. Not sure which way I like it more. It's cleaner to have them behind, but it is unique look not too many bots have and evokes Strika's wheel feet.
If I had to pick one I think I would go with Strika for the guns and the 6 wheels on the vehicle/2 wheel feet look. The colors are nicer than Roadbuster's standard fare of shit-brown, puke orange, and swamp-green diarrhea. Plus the knuckle guards seem to fit.
>>5662701
They're both kinda meh honestly but purple robots win every time for me.
>>5662953
Roadbuster who has a few good 3rd party figures a good enough hasbo voyager vs purple robot? Damn right purple robot wins.
>>5662631
Make Toys' Manga Mech series is pretty top notch too.
>>5662701
Strika, I need my wife.
>>5662923
Wasn't that by HeroHero Tom?
Did perfect effect ever make an upgrade kit for Star Saber? Also I wonder if we'll see a 3rd party Victory Leo for him at some point
>>5663291
I never understood those combinations which end up being a backpack and a pair of boots (see also Galaxy Convoy, some braves, and, in a sense, Dancouga)
Wouldn't an armor up like Godbomber+Super Ginrai make more sense?
>>5663148
Your wife is a man
Looks like The Chosen Prime followed Toy Dojo example.
>>5663320
>this toy took almost three years to come out
>>5663314
you know what they should have done? have Victory Leo's head detach and then become lion head chest armor for Victory Saber, just like with Great Goldran
it doesnt surprise me that the guy who made Victory Saber was also the main Brave toy designer, he definitely got better with time
>>5663314
>some braves
honestly, no? the bare minimum Brave upgrade (even for non-lead robots) is always shoes, a backpack, and chest armor
>>5663337
I wish Super Robot toys were a thing. Maybe they are. I only know about transformers (and only a small bit. I'm new to this, I just really like Star Saber)
>>5663361
actually all of those robots in that picture have toys!
Look into the Brave line, the robots are designed by the original Gundam designer, and the toys are engineered by the guy who designed G1 Star Saber.
http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Brave_%28franchise%29
>>5663320
This shit is so funny to me, I feel bad for ppl who were waiting on him, but seeing stores straight up telling their customers that the product is crap is great
Looks real bad for omni too, no way theyll come back from this
Any reviews of this out there? Id love to see just how bad it is
>>5663374
Are they good toys?
>>5663470
hell yeeah. They're big, they're dense, and they're very well engineered. Articulation is bad on 90% of the toys, but the quality and feel makes up for it. They just feel like huge, meaty G1 transformers
>>5663521
>>5663521
I know there was one 3rd party Brave toy
>>5663525
doesnt represent he character very well, unfortunately... just look at that headsculpt! ew...
>>5663521
Oh wow. I want them. They look neat.
Not buying this but it's still making me drool
>>5663553
He's probably going to be worth every penny. MMC has had pretty damn good quality once they began their Reformatted line.
>>5662575
Nobody asked for Wienerstorm
>>5663553
Not into IDW or third party stuff, but that Overlord just looks fantastic. I love his smug ass smile.
>>5663553
I wonder if he'll have a base mode
and powermasters
>>5663553
Wow.
I've never gone all in on a 3P combiner before but this looks awesome. Scramble city with a weapon mode too? 4 modes altogether? That's amazing. And I love the look and overall aesthetic.
>>5663716
5 modes: robot, beast fish, arm, leg ,gun
>>5663716
Sounds like the CW/UW stuff from Hasbro. Hope it turns out well.
>>5663716
>arm mode has proper elbow, not shitty skinny thigh joints pretending to be an elbow
now was that so fucking hard?
>>5663748
It is, just at a different angle
>>5663752
no, that is a dedicated elbow joint. The legs make up the front of the fish, arms are the back legs tucked up on the shoulders. That pink bit right below the elbow bend is the pelvis.
>>5663725
Oh yeah, can't count. Or was thinking 4 alt modes. Disregard me.
>>5663809

Its TW Devy. They finally released pics of LH and Hook.

>Partsformers: Lego Kits in Disguise
>>5663809
i just want a long haul, so i think i'll get this. probably sell the partsforming crotch for a mark up,
will it devalue the toy if i remove some of the extraneous tiny paint aps? i cant fix the busy sculpting, but paint i can.
>>5663761
Itse juat the bot's torso joint. It won't be nearly as articulated as the usual thigh/arm thing.
>>5664022
well said. I prefer the thigh arm set up cause it has more articulation. Combiner wars does it well, because if you dont like how the thigh arms look, you can usually retract the arms to hide the thighs
>>5663595
>Nobody asked for Wienerstorm
I nominate this as his new name.
>>5663615
If he has those, all my dreams will come true.
If not then 'most of my dreams' isn't bad.
>>5664330
What's the latest on Hoodlum? How are Fanstoys products generally?
>>5664912
"Probably 2017" is the latest word I think. At which point they better start brewing up this handsome devil.
>>5662675
Any clue I'd give would narrow it down way too much, and I don't want to betray the confidence of the person who told me. Unless you can get creative with your questions.
>>5665034
Alright, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt on knowing who he really is. I'll only ask one question - he is an existing character in IDW, right? He's not just some brand new never-before-seen dude, is he?
>>5665034
I'll bite because I'm bored and an insomniac.
Is he someone that existed in the original G1 series, and if so, what season did they first appear in?
>>5665051
He IS an established character, yes, one that has had screen time and dialogue.
I can try to do a few more.
>>5665056
They appear in season 1
>>5665074
No. And try not to be too specific.
>>5665065
Retard theory time just so we can all laugh: Prowl isn't actually Prowl, it's some sort of MGS-style mind clone and the real Prowl is Tarn.
This will further continue the long running joke that Prowl is the worst person in existence, and also be somewhat funny since Prowl's face looks a lot like the Autobot symbol, so he wears a Decepticon symbol over his real face as a result because he's so ashamed of that fact.
If this dumb shit idea turns out to be true, you better confirm it.
>>5665082
No, it's not Prowl. And stop asking if it's 'named character'. Trying my best not to just GIVE it away.
Tarn, kaon, anyone else named after a city that is not metroplex or fort max, are comics characters, especially if they are being made as a third party toy and NOT a hasbro option.
>>5664912
"You ain't getting news for at least a year".
One of the very few 3P companies you should trust your money with.
>>5665099
Would have to say medium.
>>5665093
Nothing has been confirmed, yet. Though there is a lot of heavy evidence a d implications.
>>5665099
Yeah, but when have any of the DJD, or overlord since he got his fame, third party stuff, sure, they do it, but official? Pretty much only the geewun stuff since titanium fallen.
>>5665107
The generations springer is based on his comic design, if that counts. Ane windblade.
>>5665107
Overlord seems to be getting a new official, Jhiaxus had an official, CW UM comes with Minimus Ambus...
>>5665114
Whirl, Roadbuster, Sandstorm?
>>5665110
There's a bunch of comic-based toys in Generations and such. Stealth Bomber Megatron was in the Costa series a few years before the toy.
Also, Universe Drift.
>>5665117
Sandstorm was shoehorned in as a prisoner in half a panel, and toy came first, not made to emulate an iconic look from a comic.whirl, is a hybrid of geewun with comic ideas, so, no.
Rouadbuster, eh, he might count I guess, more than springer at least, springer has differing details than the toy/current design.
>>5665077
Is he important to one specific character, so much so that it might have saved his life?
Hoo boy.
>>5665130
Come again?
>>5665131
>>5665134
The aviators being this light piped.
>>5665135
>>5665132
Is whoever Tarn is, related to one other character in any way so much so, that it may have saved that other character's life?
I'm trying to be vague so you might actually give us something usable since I really don't believe you. I don't see how anyone outside Roberts and the artist that drew Tarn and the editor know who he is; IDW wouldn't risk it or their sales.
>>5665135
Does he come with both hands? Also which figure comes with the big harpoon/stick-thing?
>>5665139
You're asking if they spared someone because they knew the person on a personal level?
>>5665147
Far as I can tell, Guyhawk comes with both hands and Drillhorn comes with the combiner gun.
Makes Killbison and Leozack seem kind of unworthy of their pricepoint considering that they came with no extras, but whatever, not like anyone's buying one member. Assuming the spear/nunchaku thing comes with both of them, one half each. Was obviously a late addition considering it never appeared in any prior promo images.
>>5665164
>>5665139
Look man, this is possibly a spoiler, thought at this time it has not been confirmed nor denied yet.
It's the original Roller.
>>5665169
I still can't get over his tiny ass thighs
>>5665169
When did TFC get so good? It's like they improved overnight with this sexy beast and the Seacons looking on-point.
Keith you madman! I was going for DX9 but these extras might sway me over. If only their QC issues could get better...
Only thing I don't like about bot mode are the tail fins on the legs. Yeah its accurate to the toy and cartoon model but they just look in the way.
>>5665450
I thought collector guys hated AniBlitz's multiple faces?
>>5665512
i guess what else WOULD you include with an MP Blitzwing?
only thing I could think of is ice and fire effects, as well as Blitzwing's football coach second-in command from Triple Takeover
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GfuaHt22pAA
this show was silly
>>5665512
They hate everything fun. No reason to try and cater around their sensibilities.
>>5665519
That whole clip was pretty damn funny, and not just because they animated Blitzwing's mouth when the coach was talking
>>5665602
i know right? my favorite part was Scrapper. Since he was already building before calling Blitzwing, I feel like it only slowly dawned on him how dumb Blitzwing's plan really was, which i found amusing. Blitzwing's reaction is pretty great too
>3P company donating 100% of sales from their toy to charity
This is gonna make HasTak looks like a bunch of cunts.
Remember that one time Jin half-assed a Special Olympics donation by spending 2 hours painting a $20 toy and put it up for auction then pretended he was a good person who out great personal effort into it? He just got pwned hard.
>>5665624
>This is gonna make HasTak looks like a bunch of cunts.
i dont know if it does that. but its a very humanitarian gesture. its nice to see a japanese company do this for a western country, too.
>>5665634
Isn't Maketoys Chinese like all the other ones thou?
>>5665624
Nice and all, but
>Red Cross
Don't only like 1% of any donations to them actually go to whatever it is you're donating for?
>>5665617
I laughed pretty hard there
>>5665147
Yes, Gaihawk has both transforming hands. Hellbat comes with two non-transforming but more clawed hands.

Mine is.
>>5662701
>Obscure Beast Machines characters getting 3P attention now
You know, I hate to ask this, but does this mean I can hope for an actual good 3P God Fire Convoy/Omega Prime?
The original is kinda ugly and every version HasTak has given us beyond that has been a repaint. It's like the only Prime that hasn't gotten 5000 different versions unless you want to count Ginrai, who this Prime is almost certainly a reference to.
>>5666215
>Cue people who've never watched Masterforce whining about lack of Powermasters
In all seriousness though I've never been so hyped for a 3rd party toy. Looks beyond perfect and the only thing I'm worried about the tiniest bit is the hands being too fragile, but who gives a fuck. Look at those DSLs. Any better shots of the Wreckers head with the missing eye?
>>5666215
Looks like his lower back is a bit hollow?
>>5666254
>The original is kinda ugly
In what way? It looks pretty much show accurate, and as far as paint and articulation goes it's pretty much on par with most modern toys. As far as official TFs go, it's much better tan anything we get outside MPs today. I don't think anyone else is really asking for an update.
Its basically in lateral update territory, where any update may have some improvements but might also do some things worse.
> Ginrai, who this Prime is almost certainly a reference to.
I don't see it, besides the Optimus Prime homage in regular mode.
>>5666029
That's pretty cool, I've always been interested in this guy but apparently the first release was total shit.
>>5666291
In the normal mode, it's very broad in the chest, and the lower legs look way too busy because of how small they are. That photo also makes it look like it has no feet.
Also, that truck mode I'd be alright with taking some liberties on. Its whole back half being just a platform for the ladder instead of a complete fire engine sours me, and it could use a bit more paint or something to break up the solidness of the red.
I do like the armored up mode.
And do keep in mind that I only showed half of the set. The other half, God Magnus, has stupidly large legs and a bunch of partsforming (and IIRC not much articulation because of that). The grey wings are also terrible.
>>5666329
And this combined mode is just hard to look at. Way too many different colours going on, tiny waist, comically small wings, and so on
>>5665462
It should have the option to rotate them say they lay flat against the side of the legs.
>>5666330
It's like an articulated Brave toy
>>5666343
Braves usually looked a little cleaner. Usually.
Super Fire Dagwon is my favorite Brave whipping boy.
I wonder if Beelezeboss is going to finish their Nova Prime upgrade kit anytime soon.
But then again, I've heard that they're notoriously slow.
>>5666254
>Obscure
>>5666361
I'm pretty sure the entirety of Beast Machines qualifies as obscure lol
Anyone know what happened to this?
>>5666353
>I wonder if Beelezeboss is going to finish their Nova Prime upgrade kit anytime soon.
Still waiting on my BLZ-06.
>>5666401
Seems weird to think a line that lasted 2 years and had a TV show is obscure but I forget how much Transformers has expanded in the last 15 years. And of course, it is obscure in China, where it matters anyway.
>>5666403
They switched gears and are doing Optimus first before Planet X finishes their new mold.
>>5666441
I watched like half of Beast Machines and I don't remember Strika being in it. I mean, I guess she was, but it was kind of a bad show, so I dropped it before she was introduced. And yeah, I can't say I can recall too many people speaking fondly about Beast Machines, whether it be the show or the associated toys. Seems like even the people that do remember it are trying their best to forget.
>>5666468
>Every female Transformer that isn't a delicate waif is compared to Strika
>Strika herself exists in a state of only being used to complain about female Transformers not being waifs
>>5666461
Probably an unpopular opinion, but I prefer this Second Chance version to the Planet X one. This one nails the beefy proportions, whereas the Planet X one is a little skinny I think.
>>5666481
HAving owned a few Planet X figures that I love, I have to say they do overcomplicate the transformations sometimes and I much prefer this Second Chance piece due to hitting the look perfectly while maintaining a simplistic transformation that just improves on the original
>>5666481
It does nail the proportions yeah, but other than that it seriously just looks like an upscaled, tweaked KO. Nothing wrong with that necessarily, but here it just looks cheap. Doesn't help that the PX one is a sexy detailed up beast. Just look at the tech detailing on his middle, soooo good.
>>5666556
Speaking of detail, Spark Toys revealed the 3D renders for their Grimlock. Normally I hate greebles as much as the next guy but fuck me if it just does not work here. I think it's because it all looks functional, rather than detail for detail's sake.
>>5666477
Robots having genders is already stupid enough as it is, never mind the type of body they have.
If we must have that, I say we go all the way. Where are the femboi Transformers?
>>5666566
>>5666570
In the trash, with your opinions
>>5666566
I mean I think it has basically just the greebles he was drawn with in the comic. These Spark Toys sculpts are pretty damn faithful. And so I think it's just the difference between Don Figueroa's comic art which isn't really overly detailed, just has a lot more details than the cartoon art style because in comics you only have to draw stills so the level of detail that's reasonable to keep on model is higher and like Cassy Sark parallel lines all over everything and other kinds of 3rd party greeble styles that I don't think anyone would ever conceive of if it was something they would have to hand-draw multiple times lol.
>>5666570
Animated Blurr, Jetfire, and Jetstorm.
>>5666601
You may want to look at their models again.
Got this guy today. One of his blue points from his lights were missing and mid transformation it suddenly appeared. Same with his thumb on the left hand. Amazing figure and easy transformation (joints on the feet aren't intuitive, but easy enough to bend).
>>5666794
That's KFC for ya!
>>5666353
>notoriously slow.
Slow would imply they actually plan on releasing anything they've announced.
>>5663553
>IDW
>MP scale
Should've been Hexatron sized.
Well, maybe it'll make more sense once people start making more MP scaled IDW toys.
>>5666215
It looks absolutely amazing, but entirely way too big for me.
>>5667097
Yeah, I dont really have any place or desire for mp-scale idw figures.
>>5667100
Exactly! Look at this, Carniflex is taller than MP Magnus here. Too much.
>>5666273
Not really. There's stuff in there.
>>5667104
Although I might be tempted if he had a giant-ass g1 base mode too.
>>5667079
That Overlord is the correct comic size next to the MP Magnus, which is what they were going for I believe.
>>5667146
It would've actually made sense to scale with the IDW inspired Leader.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XvLCsc323do
His shoulder-pads sit kind of high and make his arms look a bit long.
>>5667153
Maybe they're considering making other IDW scaled Leaders and eventually a Magnus.
>>5667146
Overlord is only that large in Last Stand of the Wreckers and only when he's fighting Autobots, where his size is extremely exaggerated. In MTMTE, he's about a head or two taller than guys like Shockwave, Starscream, Soundwave, Megatron and Tarn.
>>5667108
Why is he so sexy?
>>5667166
>Megatron
That Overlord is the correct comic size next to the MP Megatron, which is what they were going for I believe.
>>5667166
Dude theres a panel where Overlord and Magnus are standing flat footed face to face and Overlord is only a little bigger than Magnus. He's the correct height.>>5667166

> he's about a head or two taller than guys like Shockwave, Starscream, Soundwave, Megatron and Tarn.
Not even close. He's much bigger than all of those. The newest issue of mtmte proves Tarn and Megatron especially.

Sorry don't know why it double quoted like that.

It's been in the works for a few years before we knew Magnus was a thing though. He scales pretty well with their DJD. In the last issue Tarn is barely up to his chest while Overlord is hunched over. Also with the shoulder pads up it looks like his arms are way too long in pic related.
Also video.

>range of motions on all the things
>leg stubs in become the thruster nozzles for the jet mode
>hands are perfect and he can hold his gun solidly
No combined super jet mode though. Wish they could have integrated an ab crunch and have shoulder pads not look so annoying. Black on the arms is for the jet mode, but I would have rather they kept it the white color instead.
>>5667210
Now that you point it out BOTH of their arms seem to long but I don't even care.
Also standing next to Overlord now, does Tarn look less well though out and almost kinda shitty? I can't decide if it's how scrawny he looks or if it's the head.

>>5667210
Does anyone know the retail for this or estimated?
>>5667296
They said a while ago they were aiming for under $200.
So expect $199.99.
>>5667189
And there's plenty of flashback issues that shows him standing around all those guys, and he's not towering over them like a colossus. His size is exaggerated for dramatic effect when fighting the Autobots in Last Stand. He's definitely a big guy. But he's not this giant everyone thinks he is. Even in their own line Overlord is much taller than he needs to be over Tarn.
>>5667210
His head actually reaches all the way up to his chest in a standing position. So Overlord's a full head over him, probably a bit more. And Megatron is a bit taller than Tarn. I'd say with Magnus being as big as he is compared to Megatron, and Overlord being as tall as he is compared to Megatron, they're about the same size. Not the difference presented here >>5667104, not even close.
Now of course comics are comics, artists draw things differently (even Roche drawing Overlord in LSotW is inconsistent) but come on. None of these examples shows Overlord towering over other characters the way he does against Springer and Impactor. Translated to toy for, Carniflex is even taller than a CW combiner. That's way too much man. This thing looks amazing but I wish it fit in better. I'll have to go with Hasbro's rumored Leader figure.

I meant to include a shot of Overlord and Magnus/Max fighting but forgot. Though all three are about the same size class, but it's no use cobbling together scenes from different comics, by different artists in different times in IDW's publishing to render side by side comparisons. The latest MTMTE issues do a fair job of that by itself though.
>>5667283
they're sister companies and use the same factory though. like fansproject and maketoys
>>5666570
If you feel that way, Mini-Con culture should appeal to you. What pronoun they are referred to in English is completely irrelevant to them down to designs.
>>5667332
>That's way too much man.
I'm getting giddy just thinking how big he is, he might be too much for some people but this is going to be fucking amazing towering over my other figures.
>>5667332
>Tarn next to Overlord comes up to mid-upper chest
Huh I guess Carnifex and Kultur won't really scale well together but not a big deal I guess.

Was there away to combine the jet and tank in alt mode?
>>5667750
Yes.
>>5667796
It's a pity the person reviewing the test shot of him didn't include the combined vehicle mode.
Maybe this is the base mode he alluded to?
>>5667796
>this thing will cost about 200€
>>5667836
No. This was the original render for the base mode. Might be changed but we don't know. It does look a little afterthoughy but considering its IDW Overlord it's not as important.
>>5667210
Torso, shoulders, and head are IDW. Limbs are artistic license. The scale says MP, but the aesthetics say Classics.
I though 3P was supposed to avoid these kinds of half measures.
>>5667796
>>5667796
I don't a MMC Sixshot, but it tempting see the two together
>>5668185
Now we need more Phase Sixers, like Black Shadow.
>>5668193
MMC has a Stormbringer Thunderwing in the pipepline. They can just remold him as Sky Shadow.
ThT looks dope af
>>5668185
When the fuck does Carnifex release and why is it not tomorrow?
>>5662701
Titanika definitely. We already got a Roadbuster in the Thrilling 30 line, and no one seemed to want that one either given how badly the lone RB shelfwarmed at walmart for the past year before just being silently removed.
>>5668198
>They can just remold him as Sky Shadow.
Not only is that a good idea, but its totally something MMC would do, they been on a remolding spree
>>5668185
Yeah I need him right now. By the way, have we established that Carnifex IS too high? Not like scale really matters for TF figures anyways.
>>5668398
>Unlike Sixshot and Black Shadow, I have my hands full
wow, way to throw your brothers under the bus...
>>5668402
To be fair, in that panel he was literally called back from crushing Autobots and theres a war raging on right outside.
>>5668398
Yeah, I'd rather have him at Hexatron height for the sake of lowering the price.

I'd say $180-$230 is realistic.
>>5668440
They said they wanted it under $200. So $199.99. Unless they've worked out some sort of deal with the factory or something at this point for cheaper work, I'd say thats a realistic assessment.
Especially since similar sized MP shit is around $170-200.
>>5668451
I checked TF source pricing on Hexatron and he's 150 bucks. It seems reasonable that Carnival is 180 or so dollars, considering how much larger he is.
