The sculpts really remind me of Mighty Max minifigures, but I don't think they are from Mighty Max.

I have no idea what they're from but I want them too. If I had to guess I'd say they're from the 90's. The sort of remind me of Z-boys but animals... Maybe some kind of Kinder Egg series?

Do you have them in your possession or is this a stock photo you found? See if a year is on bottom. Maybe trash bag bunch?
