I had these in my childhood and that's when I learned that the A-10 warthog was the coolest thing ever to take the skies.

I think I still have the VHS in my basement.

Most toys nowadays are based on existing franchises.
There's no originality.
In the 80's they made tv shows and movies specifically to sell the toys.

I had a few of these as a kid. I surprised the whole concept hasn't come back in some form. Then again, Micro Machines haven't been around much either. I guess people aren't interested in dinky collectable vehicles anymore.
