Happened to mine also. She seems to be the unlucky one of the HotS figures. Last time I asked for a replacement they didn't have any, and now they don't ship internationally anymore. But anyways, I would contact them and try to get it replaced. My new one had no issue so far. Can always pretend one is a decoy...

Nah, it's not just you. I've got almost 35 Predators, nearly all the Alien stuff, had almost all the PacRim stuff at one point, a bunch of the Terminator stuff, and several one-offs like Diablo, Keaton Batman, etc, etc, and I've had literally two figures break, and they were both the Aliens Xenomorph warrior. And a lot of people actually did have problems with that figure, so I am lead to believe that that one figure did indeed have real QC issues, and the rest are either isolated incidents, lies, or due to ham-handedness.

Their QC is weird as fuck... Like just about every figure I've bought is solid as fuck, but there'll be certain ones that are just straight garbage. I've bought 3 Colonel Stars and Stripes so far, and all 3 have had shitty hips that shatter shortly out of package.
